Siwelele FC have parted ways with head coach Lehlohonolo Seema and assistant coach Willem Jackson following a disappointing start to the 2026/27 season.

The duo have been relieved of their first-team duties as the club reviews the senior team’s performances and technical programme.

Godfrey Mosoetsa will take charge as caretaker coach with immediate effect.

Siwelele are still searching for their first league win after five matches, with two draws and three defeats. Their latest setback was a 3-2 loss to Kaizer Chiefs on Sunday.

The club said the start to the campaign had been challenging and acknowledged that supporters deserved better.

Siwelele will announce its coaching approach for the remainder of the season once the review has been completed.

The club has declined to comment further while the review is under way.
